Role Description

We are seeking an Inventory Staff to join our team in North Jakarta, Indonesia. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. As an Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating stock control activities, managing transactions, and supporting production requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a solid understanding of inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Management of stock for production needs.
• Monitor stock levels in the warehouse.
• Management of transactions.
• Release dispatched delivery orders for handover to the accounts receivable department.
• Input production tickets into ERP system.
• Maintain consistency between physical inventory and data in the ERP program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Location: North Jakarta.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
