Job Description of Division HR Manager The Division HR Manager is responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership and direction to the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The Division HR Manager will provide guidance and support to the organization’s leadership team in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations and labor laws
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and processes
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations and labor laws
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of performance management and training and development
