For our client, a multinational corporation within industrial machinery and solutions, we are currently seeking a skilled professional and highly motivated Division Manager to lead their Food Division and help drive growths in Indonesia.
About the successful candidate:
It is the Division Manager’s task to lead and manage the Food department of the client in Indonesia. The Division Manager is responsible to achieve a profitable revenue and market growth for Food Division by developing and implementing strategies in line with the client’s group’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Market Strategies & Business Development
·Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various demographics of customers.
·Analyze the territory/market's potential and identify potential customers.
·Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the department
·Plan, direct and control the department’s activities to achieve sales, profit and growth targets.
·Forecast and analyze market trends and appraise competitor activities.
Leadership
·Define targets and support and demand performance by regular performance reviews.
·Empower staff by defining and communicating tasks, assigning resources and controlling results.
Sales & Target
·Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for the Food industry segments to existing and prospective customers.
·Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs.
·Visit key accounts together with sales team members
·Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company standards, rules and regulations
·Achieve sales targets and quotas on a yearly and quarterly basis.
Customer Relationship
·Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.
·Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
Requirements
·Minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
·Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
·Leadership skills
·Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills
·Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
·Professional appearance and demeanor
·Excellent written and verbal English skills
·Readiness to travel locally and overseas
