Order Processing Executive Jobs

Your Role:

• Coordinate with other departments for a smooth workflow and operation
• Physical stock check with warehouse
• Responsible for order processing spare parts, tooling & other products from overseas i.e. Singapore, Germany, and China for Indonesia
• Coordinate with third party warehouse, regional office regarding order processing, samples, claims, stock on hand and price.
• Ensure timely management and disposition of customer return parts
• Provide sales / customer service support, preparation & submission of quotations
• A Process warranty orders & returns
• Responsible for order processing machine from overseas i.e. Germany, Austria, Switzerland and China for Indonesia Market by cooperating with a Regional order processing team.
• Work closely with vendors/3PL/ freight-forwarders / subsidiaries / customers
• Support processing time invoicing process to achieve target days
• Manage shipping order schedule and track progress of each order to ensure on-time delivery
• Monthly Reports
• Manage products delivery to customers
• Any other task assigned by GM
• Act as a key contact point relating to order processing

Your Profile:

• Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving and hands on
• Customer oriented, team player and growth mindset
• Prioritization, able to multi-task with attention to details
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Very good command of English – both spoken and written
• 3 years’ experience in similar role and similar environment/related field, MNC business preferably within a matrix structure and a fast-paced environment
• Initiative and proactive in following through and completing tasks. Resulted Oriented.
