We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Order Processing Engineer position within a multinational pumps & systems company.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Order Processing Engineer to join our team at a prominent pumps & systems company. As an Order Processing Engineer, you will be responsible for efficiently managing orders, both domestic and international, while closely collaborating with project timelines. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth order processing operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring shipments
• Providing weekly and monthly reports to the Operations (OP) Manager and Southeast Asia (SEA) team
• Verifying detailed order information
• Coordinating with vendors/factories regarding POs and delivery timelines
• Preparing for order confirmation
• Creating and submitting purchase orders (PO) to vendors/factories
• Collaborating with other departments regarding orders/POs

Qualifification :

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong attention to detail is an added advantage
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Quick learner
• Ability to work well in a team
• Possess competencies in Microsoft Office, Outlook, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in English (mandatory requirement)
