Commercial Division Head Jobs

Minimum 15 year experience in the same field, and minimum 2 years in General Manager level, preferably in Multi-Finance company

Continuously conducting research on developments in the world of technology and also insights in the IT world

Ensure all management systems within the sales department meet the ISO Quality System requirements.

Provide periodic reviews and management reports on a monthly basis.

Maintain high quality standards and establish and implement programmes for continual quality improvement at the sales management level.

10+ years progressive managerial experience in coatings industry.

Promote sales among current and prospective consumers and manage designated key accounts.

Manage credit and collection in accordance to company’s targets and policies.

Business Development Skills, Customer service skills, Relationship/People Management Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership skills, Marketing, Selling and Strong Credit analysis skills.

Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures

Responsibility for strategic management, business development and profitability of applicable business units/Locations

A Masters degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

9-10 Years working experience in banking.

Have deep knowledge about commercial banking market trend.
