It Governance, Risk & Compliance

-Min Education: IT/Computing Studies/Information System

-Min 2-3 years’ experience

-Strong understanding of fundamental IT Infrastructure, network, and storage

-Experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance for SOP Design, creation, seeking approval, implementation, and change management process.

-Have certification in IT related is a plus.

Job responsibility:

-Understand and stay up to date with the technologies and platform that support data infrastructure including regulatory and security concern.

-Have knowledge in the network infrastructure in the company.

-Understand storage for hardware and cloud storage systems.

-Have a good knowledge on cloud (AWS and GCP)

-Identify and solve problems affecting the operation of the company’s data infrastructure.

-Hardware and software upgrade recommendations, design, approval, and change management

-Assist in system planning and implementation and network integration.

-Work with various business units or departments to develop technical solutions, research, vulnerability, and business impact analysis.

-Advise the board and senior management to ensure best practice IT in internal controls, SOP, governance, incorporating risk, audit, IT Security standard.

-Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, technology to ensure organizational and program compliance with best practice, regulatory, including data protection and contract requirements.

-Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning including back up system.
