Job Description
nullResponsibilities


  • Design, implement, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, including training and educating relevant teams on SOPs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and due diligence on suppliers and customers to ensure their credibility and adherence to industry standards.
  • Plan and conduct site visits to new suppliers and customers, especially during the initial transaction phase, to assess their facilities, processes, and compliance practices.
  • Support Internal Audit Senior Manager / Manager in developing and conducting effective training and socialization on the Company's Business Code of Conduct and other related programs.
  • Support Internal Audit Senior Manager/Manager on the internal investigation of compliance & fraud issues, especially in B2B
  • Develop, coordinate, distribute, and update comprehensive communication tools and events, related to ABAC, WBS, and other campaigns.
Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field within the food industry or FMCG.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address compliance gaps and develop robust SOPs for ensuring compliance in all workflows.
