It Grc (Governance, Risk And Compliance)

Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for maintaining and developing IT governance policies and documents, e.g., Policies, Standards, Policies, Working Instructions, etc.

- Working together with other divisions or other IT members to achieve goals of maintaining, developing and implementing/asessing/review control/practices regarding IT GRC.

- Lead/Assist/Execute the organization/IT-wide compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies and regulations.

- Work with customers, external auditors, and outside consultants as appropriate on required assessments and audits.

- Be Responsible regarding awareness and its activities regarding control and implemented IT governance.

- Design, Build and Implement Controls or action plans to decrease risks and periodically evaluate them.

- Plan, perform and implement periodic risk evaluations

- Plan, use, control, track and evaluate the usage and return on any IT Risk allocated budget/expenses.

Requirements:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or any related Degrees to GRC

- Experience in the same field and position, minimum 2 year experinces when holding 1-level lower position or responsibilities (1 year for the same position)

- Having at least an experince regarding successful implementaion, building, enforcing and manage any international recognized standard/framework or practices regarding GRC is preferred

- Any GRC related professional certifications is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to maintain relationship within IT and Stakeholders

- Staying aware of Information Security current affairs, business continuity, data management, security and encryption, and vulnerability analysis, audit, agile methodology and software development delivery

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to articulate complex IT GRC Practices/Concept/Standard in simple common language/terms.
