- Be Responsible regarding awareness and its activities regarding control and implemented IT governance.

- Design, Build and Implement Controls or action plans to decrease risks and periodically evaluate them.

Working with the Legal Department to implement actions to ensure compliance with relevant information management and protection laws.

Identifying, tracking and overseeing internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements (PCI, data privacy, etc.).

Minimum of 3 years' experience in information security governance and compliance

Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CDPSE, CIPP, CIPM CIPT or equivalent)

Experience within retail industry is preferred

Excellence knowledge in developing risk management and IT framework, BIA, BCP, and BCM framework

Good knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements and how they impact IT policies (having experience is preferred)

Develop and implement the RBAC and least privilege of access management in the GTF technology stack

A minimum of 2 years experience as Information Security, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC), or IT Auditor

Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills and proficiency in English written and spoken

Senior IT GRC Consultant - ITSM

Ensure management of IT related business risks (Cyber, BCM/DR etc)

Guide and advise them on achievement of European regional objectives, responsibilities and accountabilities

Manage key business stakeholders & users expectations of IT

Strong breadth of IT knowledge pertinent to markets (business opportunity focused)

10+ years experience in IT leadership roles with blue chip company (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services preferred)

Masters or other advanced education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Science (or equivalent)

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) through the effective use of Knowledge management

Perform account management and maintenance for various applications and systems

Manage and execute software deployments to desktops and laptops

Manage and execute software licenses

Perform research for the purpose of evaluating and maintaining a current working knowledge of new and emerging technologies.

Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and assessing their performance

Prior hand-on technical working experience in Risk Management, BCP/DR/Crisis Management

Experience on Crisis Management including developing and communicate crisis plans to minimize risks and conducting exercises

Knowledge in Risk Management (exposure to GRC tools is preferred).

Participate in various IT Risk Management & Business continuity initiatives

Experience is essential, but certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or similar are also held in high regard

Must have experience with establishing & conducting BCP/DR/CM programs and exercise.
