As being our IT Project Lead, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project

Requirements

• Experience in 3 years as Project Manager in Consulting/Solutions Service with 1 year experience as leader
• Familiar with JIRA and any other project management tools.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Familiar with AGILE and SCRUM methodology.
• Experience working in a dynamic fast-moving environment where autonomy and self-decision making is needed (to an extent).
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both Indonesian and English).
• Having project delivery or technical leadership background and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
