Job Purposes

After Bank Danamon becomes a subsidiary of Bank MUFG, Bank Danamon priorities to improve speed delivery products / features to market by adoption Agile methodologies, simplify policies and processes as well as empower squads.

Agile Transformation unit is established to support digital initiatives and have a mandate to protect, sustain and scale up Agile Ways of Working (WoW).

As part of Agile Transformation, Agile Governance assist in establishing governance (policies, procedures, framework, guidance) to support Agile WoW at Bank Danamon.

Responsibilities

1. Developing governance structure and tools for Agile new WoW
2. Developing governance for Balance Scorecard (BSC) to support simplification policy / process with Agile WoW
3. Identifying issues/requests/proposing changes/refinement of operating model design and Agile Playbook
4. Preparing training, hand holding, socialization materials of Agile Squads including audit
5. Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for Digital Agile Transformation
6. Monitor and examine budget in Agile Transformation

General Qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in policies and procedures in financial services / banking, process improvement and transformation
• Good ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders.
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Good knowledge of agile, end to end process, OKRs (agile certificate is preferred)
