The Opportunity

Responsibilities


Working with the Ops team to perform a risk assessment activity by identifying key risks within Operations Dept, defining risk level, and reviewing the adequacy of relevant controls to mitigate the risks that might affect the Ops Dept.


Conduct a risk evaluation to evaluate the operations previous risk handling and compare potential risks with the company’s best practice


Liaise with Risk Champion, Risk Management, and Compliance team to build risk awareness within Ops Dept


Prepare Risk Assessment reports as agreed scheduled and timeline and report to all stakeholders


As Operational Risk & Governance Data Specialist to develop the followings:


Perform data quantitative and qualitative analysis within Ops. Perform data reconciliation to identify data anomalies Escalate any data issues within risk assessment or during regular monitoring. Supporting Ops specifically within Ops Risk and Governance on data analytics. Developing sustainability monitoring using data analytics.


Monitoring and follow up on all Incident/ Audit findings/ Corrective Action Plans recorded in the Archer to be closed timely Responsible for any other tasks assigned by the leader.

What We Are Looking For


  • Advanced level skill in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) or other data analytics tools would be an advantage (i.e., Neo4j, PowerBI, Phyton, SQL etc)
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal): both Bahasa and English
  • Well organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and individuals
  • Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Insurance Company
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Risk Management
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
