Lead implementation of Agile WoW and cross functional product teams, and support the digital upskilling of the overall workforce

Well Knowledge in Data Governance principles and programs

Having strong leadership skill in managing Team and Stakeholders

Defines and establishes the company’s d ata governance framework and performance metrics to ensure proper management of all critical data elements

Promoting efficient, accurate records, and effective information management throughout the organization

Defines the roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensures accountability for the stewardship of critical data elements

Minimum three years of work experience in data governance in an end-user environment

Experience with local & global data privacy regulation (e.g. GDPR, PI)

Good computer and superior communications skills

Organizing and leading meetings of the Data Council and cross-functional data stewards to develop and implement data governance initiatives.

Tracking data quality metrics, identifying and reporting data quality issues, and working with stakeholders to resolve them.

Working with business and IT stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Communicating the value of data governance activities to stakeholders and providing support to business areas in complying with data governance standards.

Scheduling and conducting periodic data quality audits and working with stakeholders to implement data cleansing efforts.

Degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer science, or business administration.

Training or certification programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster

Minimum 1-year experience in IT Security or IT Governance

Hold IT GRC certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, COBIT, ITIL, CEH, Security+) will be an advantage

Lead or join the project team for IT Governance/IT Security consultation

Advising and improve reference architectures based on the Transforma's client environment

Support Sales as a pre-sales consultant (including assessing client needs, project scopes, and proposal preparation)

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple tasks with varying completion dates

Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Risk Management

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Insurance Company

Effective communication skills (written and verbal): both Bahasa and English

Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field. Preferably has been working in Procurement or Project Management

At least 1 year of experience in procurement-related areas

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Identify, verify, and analyze potential issues in Procurement operations, covering the business process, technology adoption, and people.

Review and revamp Procurement Policy/Procedure on a periodic basis

Preferably, have a basic knowledge of finance and accounting.

3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Experience architecting efficient SQL data structures.

Experience with data storage solutions such as PostgreSQL/Apache Druid/Apache Pinot.

Strong programming skills in at least one programming language, such as Python.

Excellent communication skills, including ability to collaborate across borders and departments.

Minimum of 3 years in compliance/legal/audit/risk management.

Possess technical expertise and knowledge related to banking operations, understanding of policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.

Proficient in communication and possess good interpersonal skills.

Conducting evaluations of the policies within the Digital Banking team's activities to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Ensuring the Bank's compliance with commitments made by the Bank to regulators.

Min. 3 years experience in Data Management, Architect and Governance

Experince and knowledge in data management technology and lanscape, processes and design principle

Support the information stewardship activities and management of data quality, retention and uses

Oversee, maintain and manage master metadata, data dictionary and end to end data lineage for all company group data

Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good is preferable

Conduct and evaluate Data Governance implementation and actively communicate with related party to ensure the alignment with Data Governance framework

Drive Data Governance implementation within the organization, focusing on Data Management and Data Quality,

Ensure the Management and/ or the Group have visibility on Data Governance Implementation,

Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.

Good in communication skill and collaboration in diversity.

Identify the company's governance, risk and compliance requirements.

Experience working in a start-up environment managing various nuances of challenges in building up standards and practices from scratch.

Have hands-on experience in conducting end-to-end risk assessments and internal audits process.
