About The Job

The Data Governance Lead is responsible on ensuring data is being managed properly according to principals, policies, and Data Governance best-practices within Danone Indonesia delivering secured and highly-trusted Data / Information through the execution of core activities Data Acquisition, Data Ownership, Data Quality, Metadata Management and Data Security.

• Supervise Data Governance activities to ensure high-quality data are being delivered on-time
• Lead implementation of Agile WoW and cross functional product teams, and support the digital upskilling of the overall workforce
• Ensure maximization of company investment
• Oversee design and implementation of Data Governance principals, policies, and processes
• Develop Data Governance Operating Model that is scalable across CBUs (SN and Waters)
• Lead end-to-end strategic implementation of Data Governance program and prioritize / reallocate resources where appropriate
• Lead, coach and support team of direct and indirect reports
• Establish ecosystem to strengthening Data Governance Maturity in CBUs (SN & Waters), by driving partnership with data suppliers, data vendors and stakeholders
• Develop best-in-class capabilities and act as SMEs for Data Governance core activities (Data Acquisition, Data Ownership, Data Quality, Metadata Management and Data Security)
• Drive Data Democratization culture by putting in place the process of Data Cataloging, Data Discovery, Data Stewardship and Data Accessibility
• Talent planning, resource capacity and objective setting
• Lead and builds Data Governance Team by developing future leaders and plans for succession
• Benchmarking and global networking to ensure solutions are best practice / best in class, and ensuring alignment and harmonization within the Data-discipline (especially Data Governance)
• Drives high-performance team culture (HPT) by recognizing and celebrating good performance and dealing swiftly with underperformance and makes tough people decisions when required
• Monitoring of Project milestones, deliverables and keep a contingency plan in place ensuring business continuity

• Understand Governance Regulations on Data Privacy Protection and Consent Management Strategy
• Having strong leadership skill in managing Team and Stakeholders
• Experience in Agile WoW and Scrum Project Management Methodology
• Understand in developing Framework, Process, & Policies
• Well Knowledge in Data Governance principles and programs
• Capable to translate business requirements into commercial value
• Familiar with FMCG Business Model
• Good Communication Skill
• Familiar with Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK) practices
• Experience in Change Management
