About The Data Engineer Lead Role

You will be joining a highly motivated and strong tech team who have a great interest in healthcare. This is a hybrid working arrangement from the central of Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digital business to not only build data platform architecture but also to make fact-based decisions using advanced analytics
• Develop and implement data infrastructure improvement to a scalable architecture for big data analysis
• Build and nurture a team of data engineers
• Build data engineering capabilities by technical leadership
• Design and build technical processes to address all the analytics use cases
• Align with data protection, data strategy, data operations, data warehouse and data mart

To succeed in this Data Engineer Lead role, you must have a strong combination of technical and people skills, with a good communication skills.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of four to five years of experience in data engineering
• Deep expertise with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, python), database querying (SQL)
• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related stream from a reputable university
• Hands-on with one of the python/java/R programming languages
• Familiar with relational or NoSQL database, SQL, ETL and Hadoop
• Self-motivated, passionate, quick learner, able to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies
• Working experience in creating system design, building data warehouse and infrastructure
