Lead Product Engineer Jobs

KiriminAja Team is looking for a user oriented to contribute to the development of the KiriminAja Success Solution. Lead the product engineering team in establishing a reputation as a high performing rapid development team. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns and practices.

Requirement :

• Experience with RESTFul, gRPC or other transfer protocol
• Experience with caching concept like Redis or Memcache
• Strong Knowledge with ReactJS or Vue
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Understand using PHP Laravel
• Experience Kafka, RabbitMQ or PUB/SUB model transport
• 2+ years of experience in managing software engineers' team
• Experience with nginx, docker and serverless compute concept
• Proficient in Progressive Web Application (PWA)
• TypeScript/ Javascript , HTML5 and CSS
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Graph Database and Logging
• Experience with Flutter
• Understand using GoLang

• Get involved in software fixing if needed
• Coordinate across teams (Backend, Mobile, Frontend, SysOps, Data, UI/UX, QA, etc.) on planning and execution
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design. • Leading product engineering team in developing software
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and user experience
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
