Operations Lead Jobs

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Lead to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, organisational and execution skills, as well as a broad knowledge of different business functions, including administration, customer onboarding, and qualifications. As an Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our operational processes for scalability and ensuring all tasks are coordinated and executed timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute tasks within set deadlines across various departments.
• Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to facilities management, office procurement, and record-keeping.
• Oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Act as a change agent, encouraging a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all customers are qualified under our service terms and conditions, adhering to legal and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 3+ years of success in an operations or project management role.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities with relevant majors.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects and initiatives to completion.
• Startup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgency!
• Strong understanding of other business functions including legal, human resource, finance, real estate or technology is a plus
• Capable of designing and implementing scalable processes and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and individuals effectively.
