Job Description

:

The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting revenue targets, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing department. This position will ensure the sales team is working effectively towards achieving the company’s sales goals. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in leading sales teams in the banking, remittance or financial services industry.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Supervise Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team. Oversee daily sales activities and provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  2. Set Sales Goals and KPIs: Define, communicate, and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  3. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Constantly optimize these strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  4. Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales performance against targets, making recommendations for necessary adjustments to increase performance.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing customers.
  6. Training and Development: Foster a positive sales environment through regular training and personal development opportunities for the sales team.
  7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry changes, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. Has proven min. 1.5 year of experience in a salesrole, preferably in the banking, remittance or financial services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of sales strategies and their implementation in a rapidly changing environment.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in relevant sales software and technology.
  6. Multilingual skills are required. (must have: Bahasa and English)
