Job Description

  • Set Sales Goals and KPIs: Define, communicate, and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Training and Development: Foster a positive sales environment through regular training and personal development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry changes, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing customers.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales performance against targets, making recommendations for necessary adjustments to increase performance.
  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Constantly optimize these strategies based on performance data and market trends.
  • Lead and Supervise Sales Team: Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team. Oversee daily sales activities and provide guidance and feedback to improve performance.
Requirements


  • Has proven min. 1.5 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking, remittance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and their implementation in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficient in relevant sales software and technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multilingual skills are required. (must have: Bahasa and English)
