Memantau cycle count harian dan memastikan stok barang di sistem dengan yang ada di gudang 99% akurat.

Has proven min. 1.5 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking, remittance or financial services industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Multilingual skills are required. (must have: Bahasa and English)

Set Sales Goals and KPIs: Define, communicate, and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales performance against targets, making recommendations for necessary adjustments to increase performance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Multilingual skills are required. (must have: Bahasa and English)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong understanding of sales strategies and their implementation in a rapidly changing environment.

Proficient in relevant sales software and technology.

Experienced in handling and dealing with partners (account management experience)

Cross-functional relationship: Work with our product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experience

Experienced in sales of POS business is an added advantage

Great communication and negotiation skills Should be able to use Microsoft Excel independently

An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships

Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment

6. Manage quarterly business simulations including revenue, costs, expenses, and profit.
