Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Managed project resource allocation, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools, provide direction and support to project team.
• Planning and ensuring fulfillment of each project’s needs and requirements.
• Actively participate in handling pra-project discussion, documentation, and initiaton.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with flow chart maker tools (such as draw.io, ms.visio, etc)
• Can join ASAP
• Have experience or are familiar with project job portal/news handling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft project, Gantt Chart, etc) and project tools system (such as Jira, Trello, etc).
• Solid Organization skills including attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to applywith 1 years experience.
• Strong leadership skill and good management skill.
