Customer Relation Intern Jobs

Kiddu is looking for a passionate Customer Relations Intern to join our team. This is a full time Internship position, in which, you will be able to learn first-hand about a real start-up world, along with all the rich hands-on experience.

Are you somebody that can take instructions and run with them independently? Are you highly organized and have really high attention to detail? Do you have a built-in positive and mental strength in managing stressful situations?

This is not your typical ‘other’ internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. You will be helping lots of lives by providing well-needed skills to kids and parents in Indonesia.

Internship Information

Requirements

• Enjoys working in dynamic, tech savvy, and fast-paced environments
• Can start immediately
• Have your own fast-working smartphone and laptop with strong internet connection
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, strong communication skills, detail oriented, and exceed beyond expectation
• Have a strong understanding of treating our clients as king, represented by professional, friendly, warm and responsive communication skill
• Quick in responding chats with no more than 10 minutes
• Final year student or fresh graduate in Communication or in similar field from a reputable university
• Familiar with Qiscus, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Asana, and Google Calendar

:

• Communicating clearly between parents & consultants via WA (to parents) and Slack (to consultants)
• Closing potential clients (including all follow up activities)
• Escalating urgent issues/challenges to BD leader
• Handle incoming chats, questions and inquiries
• Handle Asana cards effectively
• Updating data on Asana and spreadsheet as required by the processes
• Handle parents communication before, during and after parent session
• Escalating technical questions to tech team via Slack
• Handle sessions reschedule/cancel requests

Duration & Working Hours

• 6 months, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
