Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Prepare budget to execute strategies and job responsibilities.
  • Work closely with Management and business to obtain grants and deliver grant outcomes.
  • Actively monitor parliamentary proceedings and Government business and identify emerging issues and developments within government which could impact upon the Company. Update management of any significant development, both political and legal issues.
  • Identification and mapping of political and government influencers (political and bureaucratic)
  • Represent the Company in any meetings with any governmental or legislative agencies.
  • Work closely with management to leverage government relationships to fulfil other job responsibilities and business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with relevant members of the Government, their offices, other political stakeholders as well as think tanks and other groups and all media outlets lawfully (directly or otherwise).
  • Develop a comprehensive PR crisis notification and management system.
  • Development and execution of Government Relationship Strategies.
  • Improve Companys profile in the minds of the Government other political stakeholders, think tanks and other media groups.
  • Identify and analyse political and regulatory trends, monitor current issues, and advise Management accordingly.
  • Develop a comprehensive notification and management system for government-related PR crises, and ensure timely action is taken to resolve such incidents
  • Seek out Government and other groups funding opportunities.
  • Undertake research and assist in all ways in the provision of briefing materials and presentations for meetings within the company and externally.
  • Ensure Company is well represented on policy and legal matters and other issues of Government, political stakeholders and other groups impacting the business.


Requirement :


  • More than 8 years of experience as a Government Relations, Public Policy, or Legal
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Experience in engaging and strong networks with regulators and ministry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in political science, law, humanities, public policy, and other relevant fields
