Government & External Relation Superintendent

Manage Government & External Relations activities in order to create good relations with related government and non-government institutions (LSDM, Community Organizations and Communities).

• Develop working plans in accordance with the strategies, policies and systems that have been set to ensure the Government & External Relations targets are achieved.
• Ensuring that the company up-to-date with the latest information about changes in laws and regulations in order to develop appropriate actions
• Job Responsibilities
• Maintain good relations with government agencies including the Indonesian Parliament (up to the level of heads of sub directorates) as well as other external parties (NGOs and CSOs)
• Create programs and carry out outreach to internal parties regarding new government regulations so that the company's operational activities can run according to the regulatory corridors set by the government
• Supporting the improvement of External Relations performance of business units within the Adaro Group

• Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Minimum 5 years experience in Government and External Relations area
• Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Good command in English both verbal and written
