Job Description

Labyrinth Studio - Artist Relations Officer, is responsible for managing relationships between Music Studio and the Artists or performers it works with. The role is to ensure effective communication, coordination, and support for artists throughout various projects or events. Here is the job outline responsibilities associated with this role:

  1. Artist Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with artists, performers, and their representatives
  • Act as a liaison between the Labyrinth Studio and artists, conveying information, requests, and feedback effectively
  • Maintain regular communication with artists to understand their needs, preferences, and goals
  1. Contract and Agreement Management:
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including payment terms, performance schedules, and deliverables
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and agreements for future reference
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts, agreements, and riders with artists and their representatives
  1. Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with artists and internal teams to plan and coordinate events, performances, or projects
  • Coordinate logistics for artists, including scheduling rehearsals, sound checks, and meet-and-greets
  • Assist in determining artist requirements, including technical specifications, hospitality, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  1. Logistics and Hospitality:
  • Arrange and manage travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations for artists and their teams
  • Coordinate hospitality services, including catering, amenities, and artist room requirements
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for artists throughout their engagement with Labyrinth Collective
  1. Artist Support and Communication:
  • Facilitate effective communication between artists, the Labyrinth teams, and other stakeholders involved in projects or events
  • Provide support to artists during their engagement, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Serve as a resource for artists, offering guidance and assistance with promotional activities, media engagements, and other related tasks
  1. Budgeting and Financial Management:
  • Assist in budget planning and management related to artist engagements, including negotiating fees and managing expenses
  • Monitor and track artist-related costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
  1. Public Relations and Promotion:
  • Support the organization's branding and marketing efforts by leveraging artist relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and implement artist promotion strategies
  1. Post-Event Evaluations
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from artists to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide reports and analysis on artist performance, feedback, and engagement for future reference
  1. Studio Operations:
  • Manage studio schedules, book sessions, and coordinate with artists and the Labyrinth team to ensure efficient use of studio time

General Requirements:
