Job Description

  • Ensure led project manage properly and delivered on time
  • Able to identify team fitness, set up proper team structure, and ensure put the right people in the right place
  • Main responsibilities
  • Able to deep dive analyzing problem areas, formulate, and recommend solutions
  • Responsible in managing collection unit Desk Collection, Field Collection, BPO, and Collection Third Parties (Agencies)
  • Able to create well structured documentation (such as reporting, customer request and complaint follow up)
  • Responsible for collection number and budget (such as repayment rate, flow rate, npl rate, recovery amount, ideal ACR, agent performance)
  • Setup proper feedback and coaching process that focusing on improvement and problem solving
  • Review and manage collection incentive together with analytics team
  • Expectation in People Management
  • Manage daily capacity needs and conduct hiring once needed
  • Setup operational discipline for team members
  • Actively review portfolio quality together with analytics team
  • Expectation in Portfolio Management
  • Define portfolio management process for internal and external collection team
  • Define performance metric per each collection channel
  • Ensure to monitor regularly collection number to meet budget/target
  • Able to collaborate with other units in order to ensure operational needs captured and implemented (such as reporting, system, process)
  • Have good task management skills
  • Able to review operational process in high level and detail, formulate improved process, and ensure execution running properly
  • Actively involved in collection project management
  • Expectation in performance and process improvement


Requirements


  • Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment
  • Have experience managing people including agent recruitment, performance management and training need analysis
  • Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory
  • Have outstanding track record in operational management
  • Willing to spend time for business traveling (+/- 20%)
  • Have outstanding knowledge in end to end collection operations process
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any field (Master degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 4 years experience in collection managerial position, or equivalent to 6 years experience as collection assistant manager in financing industry
  • Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
