People Operations Consultant Jobs

:

• Manage client's employee databases, keeping track on expiring contracts and probations
• Be the point of contact with clients regarding Human Resources operational on daily basis
• Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
• Assist in the development and integration of policies
• Advising clients on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
• Review systems and processes and make modifications regarding to updated labor law and regulations to address issues
• Providing advice and recommendations to clients and employees for resolution of daily issues

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources department (HR Business Partner is a plus)
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Willing to go to clients maximum twice a week
• Excellent communicator with consulting skills
• Impact focused and consistent history of delivering measurable results
• Data minded
