What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduate are welcome.

• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Strategic Compensation Management, Culture & Engagement. Knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations is a must

• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills;

What you will do:

• Maintain effective relationships and communication between People & Culture Division with stakeholders, employee with employee and to ensure positive work environment.

• Analyze legal issues, industrial disputes, new regulations and any other related to the labor law and company regulation.

• Focusing on control area of Information Security, Continuity of Business, HR Operations Process Control (Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle, Offboarding, ComBen, and Administrative)

• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies.
