Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI) is looking for an HC Operations Specialist to oversee our internal HR Operations and provide support to our employees.

What You Will Do

• Administer employee benefits programs
• Liaise with the Company stakeholders
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Liaise and manage HR vendor
• Understanding of the most current HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end HR operations process and employee life cycle data

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of corporate compensation and benefit, taxation, Indonesian labor law, and HR best practices.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on with mid-tier HRIS and Office 365.
• People-oriented, result-driven, and excellent business acumen.
• Have 3-4 years of working experience in HR.
• Bachelor's degrees with any major from reputable universities.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company.
