Job Description

Requirements :

  • Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem solving skill
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Min 3-4 years working experience from Law Firm
  • Graduated min S1, from majoring Law
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel, power points)
  • Hold Certified Advocate License will be advantage
  • Good legal knowledge in Indonesian corporate law, particularly contract law, company law, and investment law
  • Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian


Job Desc :

  • Any other jobs related legal matters.
  • Support and assist GM to negotiate contracts with their business partners Establish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
  • Checking Contract & Agreement, handle document company registration, etc
  • Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings).
