Operation Audit Specialist Jobs

Role Objectives:

• Availability of data/information support required in carrying out the audit process and drawing conclusions on audit results.
• Implementation of audits in a timely manner in accordance with the agreed annual audit plan.
• Carry out risk-based audits in the Support area (Central Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, People and Culture, and Branch Operations) for both conventional and sharia businesses by following standards and methodologies under the direction of the Head of Core Operations and Risk Audit

Accountabilities:

• Provide advisory and insight to auditees regarding risk management and control in the Core Operations and Risk portfolio area while maintaining independence and avoiding conflicts of interest.
• Ensuring corrective actions from audit findings are followed up to completion.
• Ensuring that the annual audit plan is completed on time according to plan
• Conduct periodic analysis of the risk profile attached to the Division/Department/Unit in the support area from time to time to meet the needs of the audit team to conduct reviews according to the urgency.
• Ensuring that audit findings from portfolios are valid, confirmed and well supported/documented.
• Prepare a draft final audit report for review by the Head of Core Operations and Risk Audit and the Head of SKAI.
• Manage the quality of internal audit results (Reports, Recommendations and Working Papers)
• Ensuring all relevant risks in relation to audit activities are fully covered
• Ensuring the accuracy of the audit methodology chosen and implemented with the Bank's standards and professional practice

Qualifications:

• Work experience related to banking, financial institutions or audit consulting firms, especially in operations and core banking, 1 - 3 years (AM) or 3 - 5 years (M).
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant scientific disciplines related to banking support functions (Central Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Treasury, People and Culture, and Branch Operations, etc.)
• Effective negotiation skills
• Effective reporting and presentation skills
• Bachelor degree
• Understanding of developments in the banking industry, financial technology and other financial sectors, as well as current issues.
• Have professional certification (CA, CPA, CIA, or other similar experience)
