Resposibilities:

• Assist the People Lead in sourcing candidates for OD consultants to assist the company with: Company Dictionary, Job Analysis and Organizational Design.
• Produce the organization charts.
• Prepare data for Manpower Planning Process (MPP).
• Review Learning Hours Report draft and provide opinion regarding the quality of the report before passing it to the People Lead.
• Review TNA Training Request (from Jr. Learning Specialist) and provide opinion regarding the People budget, before passing it to the People Lead.
• Prepare all forms and relevant documentations for Management Alignment (People Lead x Other Leaders) regarding:Learning, Development and Employee Movement.
• Help in creating relevant HR report (deck and sheet)
• Prepare and manage performance review data every review cycle.
• Assist both the People Lead in concepting and organizing learning activities planned within the period.

Requirements:

• Willing to work on site (offline setting) at the designated Head Office on most days in a week.
• Possess an HR Generalist experience for at least 2 years consecutively within his/her entire career.
• Experienced in managing team members (not a first time manager) within the HR function.
• Knowledgeable about the relevant business/sector (business acumen).
• Experienced in Organizational Development (OD) and/or Performance Management (PM) is preferred.
• Willing to groom junior team members (fresh graduates).
• Bachelor Degree from relevant major.
