People Operations Service And Compliance Specialist Jobs

Experienced in Organizational Development (OD) and/or Performance Management (PM) is preferred.

Prepare all forms and relevant documentations for Management Alignment (People Lead x Other Leaders) regarding:Learning, Development and Employee Movement.

Experienced in managing team members (not a first time manager) within the HR function.

Prepare and manage performance review data every review cycle.

Possess an HR Generalist experience for at least 2 years consecutively within his/her entire career.

Knowledgeable about the relevant business/sector (business acumen).

Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget

Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service

Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.

Assist in managing the successful delivery of mobility projects, ensuring appropriate technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken

Keep clients up to date on key legislative changes and the impact this will have on their business

Manage offboarding requirements and update employee data due to resignation and termination

Manage employment contracts, including the extension of employment offers within company procedure and labor law

Employment Compliance and Data Management

Perform timely payroll and benefits administration and keep the process running without error or negative impact

Leverage technical abilities to automate tasks

Collect candidate’s pre-employment requirements depending on the policy and other legal administration, such as contract and tax ID.
