We will work together in exploring any growth opportunities around New Products Development. It’s not about Growth from spending money for acquisition/retention/resurrection. It’s about defining a new business model that can solve our customers problems, and making it a sustainable business for Broom. Venturing to the unknown, you will be exposed to lots of uncertainties, since that’s where a great idea is born.

I’m seeking for not just a behind-the-desk data cruncher, but also someone who is curious on how ourcustomers think and feel, get your hands dirty. Not just creating a plan, mastering slides, but also the ability to execute solutions, and reiterate fast. It’s not gonna be easy, but it will be rewarding for sure.

You will need to be able to:

• Identify any potential revenue streams in Automotive Industries
• Define potential solutions, road map, and short term action plan
• Experiment & Iterate
• Analyze business performance, top line and operational metrics
• Conduct Market Research to develop Business Case (Total Addressable Market, Revenue Model, etc.)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Data Analytics
• Master of Slides and Sheets
• ExcellentMarket Research
• Familiar about Business Case Development
• Min 3 years experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.
