1-2 years experience in e-commerce background as Customer Growth or Merchant Onboarding is preffered

Great communication skill and excel in problem solving.

Having experience in SaaS company is a plus.

Provide support for BD Team, responsible for Merchant Onboarding daily communication and operation, able to identify merchant problems and provide solutions.

Responsible for merchant promotions, based on data performance to be able to optimize the activity.

Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree from Management, Economics, Engineering, or Supply Chain

2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the logistic/supply chain industry
