The Opportunity

Pluang is searching for a motivated and creative Strategy & Growth Associate who will take an important role in executing exciting initiatives to drive growth and strengthen our position in the market during these exciting times in the investments space.

Working closely with the Strategy & Growth Leads, you will collaborate with various stakeholders ranging from product, data, marketing and CRM to create sound and hypothesis-driven experiments to achieve our key objective metrics, such as driving user acquisition or retention.

Apart from owning the operational side of the experiments, you will also perform sound and robust post-experiment analysis to understand performance of our experiments, generate insights for our business and recommend next iterations for upcoming experiments.

The Job Details

• As Pluang’s Strategy & Growth Associate, you will be focusing on topics around Acquisition, Activation, Engagement, Retention and Referral
• You will be a key member of the Growth team that collaborates with cross functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Data and Engineering to ideate, plan and execute initiatives and/or experiments to generate uplift to company/product-level objectives
• Growth Associates are obsessed with measurement, always tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of different initiatives they implemented

The Ideal Candidate

• Have 1-2 years of work experience with degree from a reputable local or overseas university
• Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Possess strong interpersonal ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and peers
• Are passionate about financial investing, and an avid investor yourself (either in gold, mutual funds, crypto, or other asset classes)
• Fluent in English
• Have a love for finding out of the box ways to solve problems
• Obsessed with getting things done and measuring results
• Working experience at a user facing tech company and have a solid track record of driving massive user growth at consumer-facing start-up/large organizations will be a big plus
• Great at data analytics and like to generate insights from data
• Preferably from Analytical Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Growth or other similar domains
