Overview A Client Success Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They are the primary point of contact for clients and are responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services they receive. They must be able to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs. Detailed Job Description A Client Success Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. They must be able to communicate effectively with clients and other departments within the organization. • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
