Buyer Engagement Sr. Associate

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will work for our client (Govtech Procurement). As a Buyer Engagement Sr. Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementation of our Katalog Platform. We seek individuals who are mission-driven and passionate about revolutionizing the government procurement process

What you will do:

• Defining opportunities and creating impactful strategies that lead to positive business performance.
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, produce and maintain high-impact, targeted programs that support the qualified leads within specific target segments.
• Managing demand generation, GTM planning, marketing operations, and customer journey.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and achieve the target of transactions.
• Developing marketing strategies per focus segment to establish presence and leadership in the industry in line with the company's business objectives.
• Internally champions company transformation manages proper GTM framework and enables channels to deliver the transformation objectives.

What you will need:

• Strategic thinker, a creative and innovative mindset with solid commercial acumen, able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing & Sales, Finance or a related field.
• Proven ability to thrive and deliver in a collaborative, lean, fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Self-starter, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellence in both verbal and written, for both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good command of PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Highly organized, good time management, and collaborative skills working with multiple stakeholders.
