Community Engagement Specialist (Regional Jawa Barat & Jabodetabek)

• Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping, and co-learning within these communities
• Develop reseller coordinator capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community
• Able to strategies reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with reseller coordinator
• Act as a brand ambassador and represent Evermos who encourage the community through Komunitas Belajar Bisnis by Evermos to achieve its goals (earn maximum income through Evermos)
• Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets.

Job Requirements

• Have many acquaintances, especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK, and the local community
• These positions are open for Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Bekasi, Karawang, Sukabumi, Cianjur, Tasikmalaya, Garut, Indramayu, Subang, Cirebon, and Sumedang areas.
• Able to work in the field and willing to travel within their region
• Knows how and when to show empathy, authentic and detail-oriented person
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management
• A ‘people person’ with great communication skills and highly customer-focused
• Creative & agile to achieve the target
