Senior Content & Community Officer

SENIOR CONTENT & COMMUNITY OFFICER

We are currently looking for a Senior Content & Community Officer to join our team.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create a content plan and calendar as well as check and review from junior staff for high quality and compelling content for social, web-based content and other digital channels

2. Maintain social media accounts and other digital channels while continuing to grow online communities to support growth objectives

3. Prepare concept and execution of visual and multimedia content (graphic or video) for campaign purposes

4. Develop and strengthen the community and its collaborations with relevant KOLs/influencers

5. Monitor content engagement levels and effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for the next steps from the data

6. Take part in communication and maintain relationships with clients

- KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree from any major, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or community activation

2. Have a good understanding of content writing, production, and moderation, with a sense of editorial quality

3. Strong creative mind with a passion for producing engaging digital content with tangible results

4. Self-motivated and well-organized individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Indonesia and English language

5. Familiarity or basic skills in graphic design, photography or video editing would be a plus

6. Experience launching community initiatives is preferred (e.g. building an online forum, developing an influencer campaign, creating an event series, managing email newsletters)

7. Open to contract-based or dedicated freelance roles with the potential for full-time opportunities
