What you will be doing :

• Collaborating with the Marketing Team for marketing efforts.
• Implementing creative event themes & Understand requirements for each event
• Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
• Develop growth and engagement strategies (online & offline) for Jobseeker.Company user and non-user communities.
• Drive events and community initiatives to increase brand awareness and fuel Jobseeker.Company growth and new customer acquisition.
• Managing event timeline effectively, Overseeing staff working during the event
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
• Preparing invoices, and Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

What You Should Have:

• Placement Puri - Jakarta Barat
• Keen attention to details
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Management & Community (Offline event is a plus).
• Adaptable & love to meet new people
• Multi tasker, able to work with target and deadline (result oriented)
• Min Associate's Degree from Communication, Advertising (MICE) or equivalent is a plus
• Active communication & teamwork skills
