Responsible to manage 7 Branch KMNC in JABODETABEK

Event & Partnership Manager - Klinik Kosambi Maternal & Children Center (KMNC Group)

Align with Digital Marketing to create PDCA marketing strategy to grow our business

Analyze our competitor to create business strategy

Monitoring activity of marketing event team day to day (Community building, Partnership)

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Management, or Business

Assisting the Marketing Manager in creating event planning for the sales & marketing division

Minimum of 1 year of work experience

Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event preparations and execution

Monitoring event proceedings and post-event outcomes

Creating event reports after the conclusion of events

Excellent time, task, and project management skills

Bachelor in Project Management, Communications, Design graphics, or other related fields

Manage various internal communications channels including and not limited to drafting and designing.

Project managing and executing end-to-end employee experience events.

Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Management & Community (Offline event is a plus).

Implementing creative event themes & Understand requirements for each event

Active communication & teamwork skills

Managing event timeline effectively, Overseeing staff working during the event

Preparing invoices, and Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

Collaborating with the Marketing Team for marketing efforts.

Berkontribusi pada keseluruhan strategi dan pertumbuhan inisiatif kemitraan Vokraf.

Lebih diutamakan lulusan bidang studi Komunikasi.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang kemitraan (fresh graduate welcome to apply).

Minimum 2 year experience working in community management and engagement, or similar role

Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders

Excellent communication (verbal and written, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English), interpersonal and public speaking skills

Has a knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels are preferable

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, industry professionals/associations and journalists

Research & identify new partnerships opportunities, reach out to potential partners and maintain relationships

Have previous experience in Stakeholder Management

Lobbying, negotiating, closing deal with Partners, including the internal process or stakeholder management: agreement, technical integration or onboarding process

Establish, maintain and manage the relationship with Partners and all stakeholders

Doing partner's performance review, manage and handle the after sales, including campaign

Preferably have prior experience in the Bill Payment industry and/or Business Development

Demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation

1)Minimum S-1 Bachelor Degree in Fisheries, with minimum 2 years experience,

3)Experienced in understanding environmental issues in the field of coastal and marine

4)Experienced in understanding issues regarding fishermen, women, gender equality, disability, and indigenous peoples,

Bachelors degree from communication, public relation, management or any related major (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Research, analysis, and propose relevant KOL related with campaign goals

Responsible to negotiating and build a good relationship with KOL

Handle contract, creative brief, monitoring and analysis result of KOL performance

Research and develop strategy and identify collaboration/sponsorship opportunities from the individual, media, or corporate on FnB ecosystem

Planning, organizing, and implementing various offline/online activities (such as campaign, event, partnership and community)

Execute large event calendars and manage all event operations together with Event and Operation

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with partners.

Strong planning skills for offline campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.

Planning, concepting, and overlooking all events & partnership activities

Strategize on how to maximize profitability for all events (i.e. planning promotions and marketing pushes, liaising with online activities, saving costs)

Propose sales projection against revenue for all events

Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills

Supports all aspects of day-to-day project management including internal documents associated with each account

Having experience in Partnership and Event Industry.

Have high enthusiasm and experience in beauty industry

Strong Communicator, Strong analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct presentations.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company

Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction

Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities

Creating client proposals based in product information provided by marketing staff members
