Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan marketing, komunikasi, management dan sejenisnya.

Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun dalam bidang Event Management.

Memiliki pengalaman event dengan Community Event (bidang retail) atau mengadakan event di pusat perbelanjaan, departemen store dll.

Memiliki kreatifitas yang tinggi terkait perencanaan sebuah event.

Memiliki manajemen waktu serta kemampuan dalam bernegosiasi yang baik.

Mampu menghandle keperluan event yang berlangsung, dari hal yang minor hingga mayor.

Experienced in the same role for 1 - 3 years

Good Knowledge and Familiar with Event off air activity.

1.Responsible for making budget submission

2.Responsible for making event concept and implementation of the event

3.Responsible for ensuring the talent or artist are attended in the promotion event

4.Responsible for maintaining good relations with all talents or artists involved in the event

- At least 3+ experiences in community network, media partnership, and KOL management

- Have a good knowledge of event planning from the ideation to execution

- Excellent organizational skill and communication skills

- Having photo/video editing skills will be an advantage

- Oversee event budget and endure all expenses are tracked and managed effectively

- Bachelor degree’s any major

Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Management & Community (Offline event is a plus).

Implementing creative event themes & Understand requirements for each event

Active communication & teamwork skills

Managing event timeline effectively, Overseeing staff working during the event

Preparing invoices, and Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

Collaborating with the Marketing Team for marketing efforts.
