Proven experience in partnership management, community building, or a related role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Identify, engage, and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and individuals aligned with the organization's goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.

Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase member participation, interaction, and satisfaction.

Strong connections and working experience with global brands (software companies, FCMGs, ecommerce companies, education companies, financial institutions)

4+ years experience managing communities and partnership activities in Indonesia (Jabodetabek)

Experience pitching ideas and campaign concepts to brands and potential partners

Have experience managing online and offline communities of more than 5,000 people

Experience in sales and sales support role is a big plus

Growing our community of freelancers and solopreneurs through regular activities such as discussions, competitions, events, etc.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Event Management & Community (Offline event is a plus).

Implementing creative event themes & Understand requirements for each event

Have proven experience in community building, community management, and community development.

Min. 4 years of proven work experience as a Community and Partnership Manager or similar role.

Developing community and partnership management and engagement strategies for mentors, partners, learners, and community ambassadors

You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology, education, and community trends

Have a degree, preferably but not limited in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field

3-4 years experience in a related field.

Strong internal and external communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Possess experience in community, marketing and partnership, FMCG and Food industry knowledge is a plus

Support community events & needs

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/ Communications/ Business/ Management/ Marketing/ Other related majors;

Create and manage yearly marketing activities and budget to support Marketing Objectives.

Review incoming sponsorship event proposal and negotiate benefit for brand.

Prior experience in Marketing, Community Engagement and Sponsorship is preferable;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;
