• Identify, engage, and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and individuals aligned with the organization's goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
• Work with marketing teams to leverage partnerships and community success stories for brand promotion.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in partnership management, community building, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership and community engagement strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
