Manage 80-100 influencer accounts on Instagram, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely communications

Brief influencer accounts on content requirements and campaign guidelines.

Proficient in Google Suites (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) to effectively manage schedules, data, and documentation.

Omnichannel messenger flow, OTP and in app chat SDK product knowledge

Collaborate with other team to execute non-marketing initiatives (e.g. product, sales)

Own the relationship with Marketing team of partners, to create continuous collaboration in defining and driving strategy

Business-metrics-savvy; key understand of business metrics, how metrics interact with other metrics, and levers behind it

1-3 years experience in a digital marketing or related position

Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.

At least two years of experience managing social media platforms.

4 - 6 years of experience covering account management

Experience with planning, developing and executing campaigns

Some experience with Excel & SQL will be advantageous

Strong connections and working experience with global brands (software companies, FCMGs, ecommerce companies, education companies, financial institutions)

4+ years experience managing communities and partnership activities in Indonesia (Jabodetabek)

Experience pitching ideas and campaign concepts to brands and potential partners

Have experience managing online and offline communities of more than 5,000 people

Experience in sales and sales support role is a big plus

Minimum 3 Years working experience working with KOL and influencer marketing, either from FMCG company or agency

Experience in data-driven marketing, had experience in using influencer marketing software is a plus

Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
