Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Partnership Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Partnership Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 80-100 influencer accounts on Instagram, ensuring seamless communication, and coordinating content posting. If you are a fresh graduate with great administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

- Manage 80-100 influencer accounts on Instagram, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely communication.

- Brief influencer accounts on content requirements and campaign guidelines.

- Coordinate with our internal creative team to request visuals and creative assets for influencer campaigns.

- Ensure accurate and timely posting of influencer content on Instagram.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.


Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.

- Proficient in Google Suites (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) to effectively manage schedules, data, and documentation.

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable with over-communicating in a hybrid work setting, utilizing various communication channels to maintain seamless collaboration.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
