Mecapan established in 2018 as #1 end to end solution for beauty services landscape in South East Asia. Mecapan seeks to break barriers on a number of fronts: from taking the business to digital platforms to making beauty more accessible for women across the board. In a way, Mecapan levels the field and gives more women convenient access to a series of treatments that will make them look and feel better. It’s about empowering women.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mecapan’s Member on Community Group and being point of contact regarding Membership activities
• Collecting feedback from community to develop Membership community & product Mecapan for Business (if necessary)
• Acquiring brand partner, with Partnership team, to support Membership community
• Planning and execute Membership monthly event activity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends
• Build relationships with the other related online community
• Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies
• Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Careful and thorough with numbers and data
• Proficiency in accounting software
• An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
• Comprehensive understanding in accounting flow
• Min. 2 years of experiences on related fields
• Excellent skill to analyze data, understanding excel or spreadsheet
