Job Brief :

Being a KOL Specialist Intern will give you exposure in working with communities consisting of a wide range of Influencers to drive the community’s strategic plan/initiatives and boost engagement to the communities. You will enhance your communication skill further by having a constant business communication with the stakeholders in relations with the community projects run in XEIVA

As a KOL and Community Management Internship, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

• Brainstorm with the marketing team by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.
• Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents
• Designing messages and integrating with community communications.
• Helping in organising and hosting events with XEIVA team to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
• Maintaining good relations with KOL/influencers.

• Job Location : Wijaya, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
• Job Condition : WFO
• Job Type : Internship
• Job Hours : 10 AM - 6 PM (Typical Business Hours)

What You'll Bring to The Table:

• A positive, team spirit with a collaborative approach to managing projects.
• Enthusiast in beauty/personal care industry and have a good negotiation skill.
• Strong administration skills. Submit timely reports, prepare presentations and proposals as assigned. Keep good track of records and online data.
• Final year or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritise and display robust time management skills.
